Keepin up with the VERNONS

Well- where do I start? Its been well over a month since my last post and SO MUCH has happened in that time. I FINALLY have ALL my pictures here to update you on our life on the east coast and all the fun we had this summer traveling to 21 states...yup you heard right... 21 states in 6 months..and guess what- we just returned from CA so that makes it a whoppin 22 states traveled for the 6 months AND we even started the adventure off on Catalina Island then Ensenada Mexico. Crazy right?..I can't even begin to describe the fun Bryce and I have had.... we tell everyone it felt like a 6 month honeymoon- seriously it was a blast. We're finally back in utah and are back to work and no play... tears tears. but we've had so much fun and i am so excited to finally show it off in our pics. Enjoy!!!

Our Honeymoon: A 5 day cruise to Catalina Island and Ensenada Mexico

On a fairy boat crusin to the dock on Catalina Island......

After a day in Catalina, it was another day at sea...on our way to MEXICO

When we arrived in Ensenada, the first thing we did was rent a car...the ONLY car they had was this sexy box-on-wheels....it made the experience very interesting..hahaha..i thought we were gonna die in it- it drove horrible..haha...but was VERY FUN (can you tell?)

First stop: La Bufadora ( the blow hole)....it was so so beautiful...

On the last nigtht of the cruise, we had a formal dinner with the captain and ate yummy lobster and steak.....so much fun!

4 days after we got back from our honeymoon, we packed up and headed east for VERNON, CONNECTICUT

we passed through state after state and finally decided to stay the night in Indiana for some rest.We got good rest in Indiana...but a few hours and a couple state lines later, we stopped at a park in PENNSYLVANIA to take a break....

5 minutes later Bryce knocked out on the grass.....

After over 30 hours of driving, we FINALLY made it home. Welcome to good ol' VERNON, CT.

we had a good time getting to know our new neighborhood....and living only an hour out of NEW YORK........well....we had to make a trip.....here we are crossing over the Manhattan bridge

Time Square was AMAZING....

Central Park was BEAUTIFUL and very very BIG (we didnt even get to see half of it)

Ground Zero was the quietest part of New York. It was an emotional experience..i was really happy we got to see it. They have it closed off (you can see the construction lights).. if you look at the moon in the picture and imagine a tower on each side of it, that is where the Twin Towers would've been standing...right there in that blank spot in the picture.

so ... since it takes forever to post all our pics on here... i gotta break up the posts.... so i'll continue our road trip pics on my next one....stay tuned....all 3 of you.....hahaha...
